I've just been reading through your lovely blog and find you fabulously entertaining.
This statement:
"Last night in therapy, I was reminded of the Very Important Fact that 'verbally (as opposed to psychically) communicating my needs to M.' is not, in fact, the same thing as "handing M. a script detailing what I want him to say and do, and how I want it said and done"
popped out at me just now as I am sitting in my room after having yet another boring fight with my bf because he did not say exactly what I wanted. Again.
During every season of this show, a certain person who does not want to be mentioned on the internet forces me to take the night off work so that we can have a date night each week. Date night means that we will have dinner on the couch while watching ANTM, then have a discussion of the show, with both of us placing our bets as to who will win the competition. The show has grown on me, and now I, too, can say I'm as excited as you and this person both are to see the new season.

Marisol, at least you have a room to sit in, try pouting in a glorified studio.
G8s, funny...I have a certain person who doesn't like to be mentioned on the internet, too, is there a support group for these things?
