Wait, did you actually see these children and photograph them? Or did you find this picture somewhere?
Google. Judging from the indecipherable hamburger sign, I'm guessing that they're from Someplace Else. Someplace Else which I desperately need to find so that I can eat my Number Two Value Meal in a peaceful, stare-free environment.
Faustus, go to ANY Someplace Else, and YOU can see them too! Who do you think keeps them in business?!
